1 Tsp. paprika
1 1/2 Tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tsp. garlic powder
1 Tsp. onion powder
1 Tsp. ground cayene pepper
1 1/2 Tsp. black pepper
1/2 Tsp. oregano
1/2 Tsp. thyme
1/2 Tsp. sage
1 1/2 Sticks butter, not margarine, melted
2 Lbs. 20 - 30ct (large) shrimp, peeled.
Voorbereiding:
Bereidingswijze: Heat large iron skillet over fish cooker burner until ash forms in pan. Put shrimp in butter to coat them and sprinkle with all seasonings. Once coated toss into iron skillet shaking and stirring until done, approximately 2 - 3 minutes. Warning: There will be lots of smoke and maybe some flames. Cook outside.
